Hello fellow AEthernauts,

 

After watching the Q & A with Roger Penrose video at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics’ YouTube channel, I was compelled to reach out directly due to the potential our discoveries could directly impact your research efforts. My research partner and I were independent presenters and exhibitors recently at The Science of Consciousness (U of A) where Sir Penrose was a keynote speaker. My background includes advanced military science including active duty participation in Operation Desert Storm as a USN Surface Warfare Engineer and although our research findings may seem somewhat abstract I hold myself to the very high standard of military specifications for technology development and systemic theoretical physics, which means all my inventions work and are not simply peer-reviewed speculative ideas with feasible notation.

 

Our research findings included the development and deployment of an advanced form of non-deterministic artificial intelligence with brain/machine interface and within the operating framework of the world’s first hybrid-quantum computer which provides for a hardware unification of the laws of the quantum mechanics, relativity and consciousness (non-kinetic time dilation). A detailed presentation of a primary data experiment was one of our presentation as well as a fully demonstrable hardware experience which substantiates our claims and was offered to all conference participants, though our visibility was limited. Throughout the conference, Penrose, Hameroff and many others were discussing unification of QM and Relativity as well as having a deeper understanding of the nature of consciousness. More than one presenter with a Ph.D made statements that included the need for different ways to perceive of and measure Time, which our invention H.A.L.O. accomplishes and is demonstrable. While I have been influenced and sometimes inspired by may of their observations and validating perspectives, my work is uniquely distinguishable from theirs because my theories and claims are limited to real world scenarios and our inventions have testable methods. More often than not, other scientists somehow compare their imaginary ideas which cannot be tested to my inventions that work as described, which appears to be a corruption of the scientific method and a system fault that runs long and wide throughout academic communities.

 

While our acceptance and participation to TSC with Abstract publication comes the expectation of an open discussion and sometimes debate about ideas, theories and technology along with the implied acceptance of the scientific method and fair play, our experience was exactly the opposite. It appears that Stuart was either unduly influenced by our competition and/or took it upon himself to censor our efforts to address the conference as a whole at three different times during the week and in the most dehumanizing manner possible, sneaky and without comment.  It’s unfortunate we are meeting like this but our treatment by the TSC staff was reprehensible at best and I was compelled to file a Title IX complaint against Stuart and pursue formal mediation in order to get to the heart of the matter in the most timely manner possible. Attached is The Title IX complaint which was filed with the University of Arizona which yielded silent cover-up results and we have now taken the issue to California Lawyers for the Arts for mediation before further action it taken as the situation requires. I would like to invite you to first give our materials a serious and comprehensive review by following all the links in the attached docs so that you understand the nature of our claims and then encourage Stuart to participate in the mediation when he is contacted by Dina Howards of California Lawyers for the Arts.

 

It appears to us that a few people on your side of the academic fence were afraid to face us directly to discuss our achievements because it seems we have created that which so many in the conscious research communities have been speculatively theorizing about for decades. Sir Penrose himself had nothing to do with this situation of that I’m confident but it did happen right under his nose and at a conference where he was featured. I believe the pursuit of Nobel glory and the never-ending quest for funding helped to create this hostile environment though if this conference had happened in person instead of the virtual world, Penrose would have surely been dazzled and entranced by our installation as have thousands of others at our previous scientific conference/festival installations. We showed up with proof of our hive-mind model of consciousness (Anthromurmuration & Spatial Relativity) while everyone else still seems to be in imaginary land waiting for someone like me to come along and figure out the hard part of the theory which is how to make a working model. Our working model of consciousness exists in the real world and was created in a transformative and futuristic manner which can be demonstrated via Zoom upon request. This is also your invitation to the conversation in an effort to create a shared deterministic resolve.
