Subject: Title IX Complaint against TSC & Stuart Hameroff @ University of Arizona

I'm reporting what appears to be a case of 'Group Think' gender/race/class discrimination that occurred over the past week against myself and my transgender research partner at the TSC, and by Stuart himself. We applied through the regular method and were accepted with each of us having our own abstracts and presentation times assigned. We arrived with groundbreaking technology of our own design which is functional by all computer science standards and presented as an interactive work of fine art. To our knowledge we were the only presenters with new technology to demonstrate and the only demonstrations that warranted a press release:

●Press Release: Leo Madrid

●Press Release: Dani Caputi Ph.D.

It appears to me that a group of highly educated TSC scientists can’t bring themselves to believe and acknowledge that a young transgender Ph. D and a Hispanic military veteran with a cognitive disability have teamed up and accomplished in less than a year of working together what they themselves have been working on for decades and have nothing near to our accomplishments beyond abstract words. They have yet to contemplate beyond their infinite abstractions what we have already thought of, built and programmed, while they were spending their year updating their presentation from last year and debating who was going to be the next one of their friends to be nominated for a Nobel prize. If the world knew what we have accomplished and how, they would be rejoicing in at least something cool and positive has come out of the consciousness science community (& U o fA) , but TSC would rather censor us and promote those from within their own ranks and ensure that all the glory and funding flows their way, and the rest of be gone. Here are a few factual events that have led me to this conclusion.

●One of our achievements has been to develop a new type of quantum time measurement device which also happens to be influenced by human consciousness and has mesmerized everyone who has seen it in the broadcasting stage we prepared for the conference. Several of the early presenters made statements that what they were hoping to achieve one day would be to find new ways to conceive of and measure time. Our fully functional and beautiful to perceive hybrid-quantum computer does just that and we were summarily dismissed and ignored without review or comment.

●During one of the live presentations by the IONS team about Interconnectedness, I asked them a question about our discoveries and inventions and how we can bring them to IONS and were told that they had no interest in knowing what they were and that we should just go get published somewhere.

●An IONS visiting scholar team member known to Dr. Caputi was asked and accepted to be an advisor on our project, in order to avoid exactly what is now happening. After receiving technical documentation which revealed most of our discoveries, he has failed to respond to any communication and completely missed the conference he had agreed to participate with. An innocent bystander in this issue just reached out to me on facebook and mentioned that he was friends with the IONS chief scientist, Dean Radin, and just the other day were discussing the use of RNG with quantum computers. I do no believe these are unrelated coincidences. Dr. Caputi and I have pioneered the field of hybrid-quantum computing and it now appears that the whole of the TSC and U of A neuro-scientific communities are racing to see who can re-brand our ideas as their own and publish them in their friend’s journals as soon as possible.

●MC Baba was also given our press release in request for a featured interview and he wanted to do itbut was told no.

●With Friday being the last day of the conference I was pretty frustrated with our lack of acknowledgement and dehumanizing treatment so I sent the following message to the general email asking it to be forwarded to Stuart, which he has yet to respond :

My inventions and research are featured here at TSC in the Art/Tech section. With years of effort and great sacrifice, I have designed, built and programmed a (human like) hybrid-quantum computer in which consciousness and time plays a vital role. This solid state super-computer runs Windows and Linux, incorporates the Electron Tunneling (random number generators)phenomena in a unique manner which includes (AI) natural language processing, coherence detection, and can measure non-kinetic time dilation. This invention has been featured elsewhere to thousands of people and without fail clearly demonstrates how consciousness affects the material plane.

This week I've participated in several of the TSC talks in which time and consciousness was the topic and in more than one of these the speaker states that we (scientists) need to develop new time measurement devises and new ways to consider time. I reached out to a few of the people who gave the talks and invited them to my demo and offered to show them an existing devise that is currently in operation and fits the description of the devise they mentioned, but my messages went completely ignored. One of the talks featured a group that specifically does research with Random Number Generators. After I told them I had made some groundbreaking discoveries and have inventions that have already answered the questions that they are seeking and could greatly contribute to their efforts, their response to me, after giving a talk in which they mention the importance of community, unity and compassion, was that they we NOT interested in groundbreaking discoveries if they were coming from me and that I should go get published somewhere.

I believe that data being dismissed without consideration is an abuse of the scientific method. My question is this; Considering I may be the only Hispanic presenter at a nearly all Caucasian conference, I wonder if racial bias has anything to do with this dehumanizing treatment, or if there is some unwritten TSC rule that states that good ideas and breakthroughs will only be considered seriously if they come from 'mainstream' institutions or friends of Stuart?

●One of the key indicators of racial bias being present, is that any discussion of racial bias is quickly dismissed and ignored.

●I'm also an award winning activist poet with a large following and we were completely censored from the final poetry slam, which has won 3 Maker Faire Editor's Choice awards.

●It appears that at the last minute a half naked pretty white girl schreeking into a microphone who wasn't even part of the conference, was featured instead of us as a live performance. This was apparently as the protest of the conference coordinator, Abi, as she made public comments about how pissed off she was that this happened.

●Another pretty white girl was given two poems, even though the call for entries clearly stated only one, 2 minute poem would be accepted.

●There was also quite a bit of extra time and the MC redid some of the same content just to fill the time. Here is an email from the poetry slam MC:|From: BabaBrinkman <baba.brinkman@gmail.com>Date: Mon, Sep 21, 2020 at 9:32 AM

Subject: Re: Poetry slam submission To: Dani Caputi <danicaputi92@gmail.com>Hey Dani, I apologize for being unable to include Leo in the live show and for failing to let you know in advance. The conference organizers nixed the request shortly before showtime and I’m not sure why, but by then I was scrambling to get ready and I only saw this email once I was live, reminding me that I really should have to sent a message to let you know to stop him from prepping his set. Sorry!Hope it wasn’t too great of an inconvenience, and good things to both of you, Baba

●During conferences like this I’m usually one of the most popular attractions with people standing in linefor hours and always have many demos/conversations with attendees. At TSC I gave exactly 0 demos.

...Ultimately, careful review of the available evidence did not indicate Policy discrimination was occurring in the matters you and Dani brought forward.

I am sorry for the disappointment you likely felt in your first experience with TSC; I sincerely hope you will take heart and continue your passion work, Leo. Additionally, I hope your current joint project with Dani gains the recognition you are both hoping for, to auspicious personal, entrepreneurial and universal ends.

My Sincere Best Wishes,

The complaint yielded cover-up results as somewhat expected. While they did find any obvious discriminatory reasons for our censorship, they offered no reasoning in its absence.
