It's with a heavy heart that I am compelled to circulate this petition. For the last several years I have been a full time consciousness researcher in the San Francisco Bay Area and there has been a drama and controversy of epic proportions brewing behind the scenes that I would like to now bring to a conclusion and am asking for your help in bringing a travesty of justice to the public forum.

 

In the seven years I have been a consciousness researcher the only other Navy veteran that I know of besides myself is Edgar Mitchell, founder of the Institute of Noetic Science. He passed away a few years ago and unfortunately I never had the opportunity to meet him but I have a great deal of respect for his accomplishments and consider him an honorable man and the purpose of this petition is to compel you to help me do the honorable thing, and in his name.  For some time I had hoped that I would someday work with IONS in a research capacity but unfortunately they are not the type of group of people in which they appear. If my suspicions and allegations are as true as the evidence suggests, then iONS is not the compassion driven altruistic education in science research organization which they appear and claim to be, but rather a money hungry and greed driven for-profit venture which embraces deceptive scientific methods with a cult like attachment to funding sources with copious amounts of mutual admiration while operating their scientific research department in the most cutthroat thug-like manner one could imagine coming from such a lillywhite crowd as this and led by the king of the psychic freaks, Dean Radin Ph.D (Pretentious Hypocritical Drivel). While I've crossed paths with many scientists over the past few years, there seems to be an out of place pattern of discrimination, deception, hostility, and bias from scientists who are directly or indirectly associated with iONS.

 

My scientific abstract with hidden cypers was published in the S.A.N.D. 16 program book on page 61 which states I can demonstrate a Unified Theory of Time, Consciousness and Quantum Mechanics which I believe solves the decades long problem, or greatly contributes to the scientific quest that first began at the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Labs on why and how consciousness seems to have a non-local effect on the operation of solid state quantum tunneling transistors. I was presenting twice at the conference; the one evening Poster Session and an ongoing large scientific instrumentation installation and interactive brainwave experience (just outside the front door) which illustrated and demonstrated the principles of my systemic and testable model of consciousness.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Even though the problematic IONS people began for me before meeting Dean at the 2016 Science and Nonduality conference held annually in San Jose, my research was largely inspired by his work and I had shared one of his books with hundreds of people. I thought of him with such high regard that I believed he was one of the few people at the conference with the combined intellect, experience and aptitude to understand the nature and gravity of my claims and accomplishments. I was very wrong in the most wrong way possible. 

 

After his keynote address, which he mentions as always, that the only reason his science isn’t mainstream is because of bias and that if they held his scientific discoveries to the same standard they hold themselves to, then they would have no choice but to come to his same conclusions about consciousness and the non-local causation phenomena which he has formulated repeatedly in his books, I approached him in the outer hall and invited him to step outside the front door and take a look at something that he inadvertently helped create and could be part of the answer to the question he has been searching for his whole career. My findings indicate that they could lend a great deal of discovery to the field, though he declined the 25’ walk because he was too busy and he did not offer to stop by on his way out, which was on the way to the parking lot. I now see that his career depends on this phenomena remaining a mystery, unless of course it is he or one of his minions which solves the mystery then they get to sell more books and get more accolades. While I don’t share Dean’s exact hypothesis, his research and experiments have merit with high quality data that I cite. My discoveries, which were peer reviewed and demonstrated without challenge at the S.A.N.D. conference and other large scale events, brings validation to his work and adds a final layer of real-world complexity and understanding in a creative manner which bridges the gap from the world of scientific theories to public understanding and experience with an understandable systemic model which more than meets the criteria which Dean holds himself to.    

 

I’d bet my own honorable discharge that if Edgar Mitchell were alive today and was aware of how the people who are now running the organization he founded are behaving he would be appalled at the blatant disregard of the scientific method and the dehumanizing and unethical/illegal manner in which his team has been treating scientists with discoveries which if widely known could have a positive impact on a great portion of society. Here in the Bay Area consciousness research community, all discussions lead to IONS and it seems they feel entitled to any relevant scientific progress and/or discoveries when it comes to consciousness and quantum tunneling, while have no ethical standards or sense of fair play while simultaneously proclaiming themselves to be pillars of virtue, diversity, community and inclusion. 

 

It is my goal to get at least 10,000 signatures, and then send this to California politicians and the IRS, in order to begin the process of suspending their nonprofit status. If successful, we will also pursue civil and possible criminal prosecution.
