• After filling out their ‘no attachment’ form which encourages any form of research inquiry; “Do you have an idea for a consciousness-related study that you would like to pursue? Whether you are an academic researcher, a student, and not involved with the educational system at all, ICRL may be able to help. Our organization offers support for people who are looking to further our understanding of the nature of consciousness, as well as to leverage the implications of that understanding to make a better tomorrow.”
   

• .– I was told my inquiry was fantastic and to keep up the good work but also that they did not actually read the press release because it’s to dangerous to click on internet links these days.

• After reading an online post about our recent groundbreaking research experiments and and accomplishments which more than achieved what he claims to be trying to achieve himself, Radin sent this email to Dr. Caputi threatening her with future economic hardship if she continued to associate with me.

• During the 2020 Science of Consciousness (TSC) Conference where my scientific abstract was accepted and I was invited to do a virtual art installation which demonstrated our claims, which was listed on their website. Radin and IONS were also featured and I, along with Dr. Caputi, attended his talk with IONS Director of Research Helané Wahbeh, I asked a question during the Q & A., “How it was possible to share important scientific breakthroughs with IONS concerning their particular area of research and he said it was not possible and that he is too busy reading peer-reviewed papers to consider my work, with Wahbeh supporting his statement, even though my work has been peer reviewed and more than meets the scientific standards they hold themselves to.
   

• 2016 Science and Nonduality Conference (S.A.N.D.) After Radin gave his keynote address, where he discussed the need for open scientific dialogue and main stream scientists to take a closer look at the data surrounding the electron tunneling phenomena, I approached him in the hallway. His talk seemed it was as if he was asking every scientist in the room to take up his cause and to help support him into bigger and better experiments to gain a better understand of the Universe as one community, so I assumed he would be interested in my discoveries. After introducing myself, I shared with him that I had made invited him to see my installation and the progress of my research, which included a working invention based on his research that proved a scientific principle that he has been working on his entire career. One would think he would be elated to meet someone like me at a consciousness conference, but I was wrong. Radin asked me if I had been peer reviewed yet, and my answer was ‘Yes, by this conference, the one you just gave a keynote to.’ and then he gave some flim-flam excuse that the Program Book of the conference wasn’t a scientific journal and didn’t count so he refused to walk outside and look at the only scientific installation at the conference located right outside the front door. It is my belief that from this time forward, Radin has been misrepresenting his research to the public and donors, as well as actively engaging in slander and other subversive behavior in regards to my work.

• Stuart leads the conference and is also a co-founder of the Penrose Institute. Conferences like these are supposed to provide a platform for the open exchange of ideas and present new findings and discoveries. My research partner and I both submitted individually, had our peer-reviewed abstracts approved to present and they accepted our entry fees, though we did not receive what we were promised. Instead we were censored every step of the way. The email above was in inquiry as to why we were be censored and asked if it could be racially motivated, since I seemed to be the only Hispanic presenter in the whole conference. This email went completely ignored.
   

• A Title IX Complaint was filed and we appealed to the California Lawyer for the Arts to mediate the conversation. TSC responded to the complaint in the most dehumanizing manner possible with cover up results claiming they did nothing wrong and they would not even consider doing us the consideration of having a discussion or provide an explanation for our censorship.
   

• We have also appealed to the Arizona ACLU and will soon do the same with California ACLU.

• He solicited from Dr. Caputi a pre-conference research abstract concerning my recent inventions and discoveries under the auspices that he would act as a reviewer/adviser and give feedback. After receiving the abstract he completely cut off Dr. Caputi and never offered any feedback on the content.

• On August 12, 2020, Mark Gober gave a talk for the Foundation for Mind-Being Research TV. Gober is a disciple of Radin and is publishing books and giving paid seminars based on the claim that the Electron Tunneling phenomena is a big giant mystery and no scientific progress has been made in this field at all, beyond the work of his friend, Dean Radin. Prior to my knowing that he was associated directly with IONS but aware he was writing about the Electron Tunneling phenomena, I sent him multiple emails with scientific proof that I had made discoveries in this area with data and repeatable results. These emails went ignored. I know he saw them because he was producing a regular podcast about ‘consciousness’ during this time. During is his talk at the FMBR he again stated there were no scientists anywhere making any progress in this field knowing that this is not true.
   

• During his talk he also stated that he avoids ‘dark forces’ which I took as a racial slur towards my Hispanic background and dark skin.

• After Dr. Caputi and I had worked together for some time, she had become aware of the IONS problem and thought that since she knew Mossbridge as an ethical and compassionate person who as an IONS scientist, would help resolve the issue. This is email is Mossbridge telling Dr. Capui no and not wanting to get involved in anything as uncomfortable as human trafficking and really didn’t care about her concerns enough to iscuss it any further. Mossbridge apparently leads another non-profit called the Love foundation.

7/7/2019 Subj: Withdraw from Conference
 

• My scientific abstract theory, Aslan’s Razor and Spatial Relativity, was submitted and accepted to the 2019 IONS conference. After being advised by a lawyer friend of mine not to attend, I reached out to Claire via email (attached) thinking that maybe she had not been jaded against me and telling her that the conference provided a hostile environment for me and why. This email went completely ignored, by a person who offers paid classes about NOETIC leadership and solving difficult problems with empathy, love and compassion.
   

Judy Kitt <judy@kittfamily.com> President, Foundation for Mind-Being Research
 

• I had been a visiting scientist with FMBR and given a talk for FMBR-TV as well. In this talk I clearly present my research, including giving a demo of my hardware and data. I contacted Judy Kitt before Goober's talk and told her that he had not returned any of my emails and thought that since I had presented at FMBR in the past, this could be a good opportunity for a healthy scientific discussion or debate. Instead of having any discussion whatsoever, Kitt decided that Gober was right ‘just because they said so’ and she was going side with him, the wealthy Caucasian guy.
   

• Shortly after Gober’s talk where he proclaims that there is no valid research in this field beyond Radin’s claims, she states in one her emails that the FMBR or Goober are not under any obligation to consider my research data and the video I recorded there, which clearly gives contradictory proof that Gober’s statements were false, was deleted from their Youtube channel. She apparently believes that she holds such a privileged place in society that she can treat us in the most dehumanizing manner possible without concern for any repercussions.
